It's time to get honest - honest with yourself - You will be held with other sisters on this path of awakening with Unconditional Love - to support you to feel the power of presence and the power of coming together with the shared desire to heal and to come home to yourself  where it is safe to be who you are. 

You, dear one, are a gift. There is nothing you need to add to make you more worthy of love or acceptance. It is time to recognize your beauty to bring love and compassion to those parts of you that feel alone or lost or overwhelmed - to make a shift from the inside. 

Are you feeling frustrated because you feel like you are getting no where? 

Each session is an opportunity to let go and unwind taking a mental vacation - letting go of trying, of efforting, of making something happen. Take a break from the hustle or the old stories that are keeping you stuck or enslaved. 

As you learn to master the art of allowing, you have the capacity to be the calm in the storm. To feel the inner sacred space in which healing occurs. You will have the opportunity to heal and integrate your human parts with grace  - where you will get to feel the truth of who you are - your innocence - your peace - your sense of belonging - that gives you a feeling of home within yourself.

For a long time I thought I was born onto the wrong planet - only to realize that I am here to show you the way home - home to love. I am here to build a bridge to where you are and guide you where you want to go.
