During this 10 week online journey, you will have an opportunity to explore what you really want that feels exciting to your heart and enlivening  and empowering to your Spirit. We will explore ways to shift out of self sabotaging ways of thinking and behaving that stop you from taking inspired action. We will explore empowering ways of being that will open your mind and heart to a world of NEW possibilities. You will have a chance to make Conscious Choices that resonate with your truth and lead you to take deliberate inspired action.

Nobody will be telling you what you should do! How refreshing would that be?

Working with Lucia I am in awe from my experience. I had a in person breakthrough session by the river. I got to see beautiful nature and sit with a beautiful spirit by the water surrounded by birds singing, while a beautiful tree gave us shade along with perfect weather, and folks riding horses in the water.  I got to sing and talk about playing the piano.  I experienced heaven.  Time stood still.  I am grateful to Lucia for co-creating with me.  It was a perfect day!!  - Karmela Parhani

The experience that I had from Wounding to Wisdom was extremely heart opening. The highlight was the deep dive. I volunteered because I wanted to explore the issue with my ex.  Instead I went right past that to the root of my distrust and abandonment feelings that were deep within
The scared hurt little girl who never felt love or safety amongst other feelings.
I saw her face in a vision this holiday weekend and told her that she is safe now and that she may let goo of worry. I told her how much I love her.  
Thoughts of my ex emerged this weekend only because of a call from a relative.  He needed a signature for his hearing to get his license back.  He paid my cousin to sign one of his letters.  I felt betrayed by my cousin because he knew that my ex betrayed me.
I sat and processed the feelings I was having.  Then I thought to myself that no matter what he does to free himself of his past mistakes that the truth is he will still have to look in the mirror and see himself and not know the true meaning of self love.  I was sad for him.  
I, on the other hand know what true self love is and for that I am very Grateful!  I am going to continue with the tools that Lucia has given me and continue my spiritual growth. Thank you Lucia. - Robin Chavez

I am so grateful that I went through Lucia's 12-week program. When I started, I was in a pretty dark place and really ready to elevate myself and how I related to the world and others. This became a safe space that I looked forward to every week as I knew that I could show up however I was (including what felt like deep despair) and that I would always come away feeling more grounded with a positive action step to take. Lucia is so great at listening for what is behind what you're saying. I felt so heard, held, and loved. I've come out of these 12 weeks with a much greater sense of self.
